Nele, Elise and Judith, at reception, will help you find your way around the hotel and the city. They will inform you about things to do in Bruges, nice restaurants and free guided city tours, offered by the hotel from Monday to Friday.
Our luxurious breakfast-buffet is served by Peggy or Jazmin in our airconditioned dining room. They provide you with freshly squeezed orange juice and a nice cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Jazmin, Glecie, Cristina and Marina take care of your room every day. Lina and Dekyi provide the turn-down service so that you can spend the night once again in an impeccable room after an evening meal or a night out in town.
