Guests who wish to relax during a boattrip have 3 possibilities: from Bruges to Damme, from Bruges to Beernem, or from Bruges to Ostend. On a beautiful day you could enjoy a day at the Flemish coast. A fun day at the beach in mundane Knokke-Heist, in the family environnement of De Haan or in the picturesque village De Panne.
To People who love fauna and flora we can recommend to visit the Sealife Center and the Serpentarium in Blankenberge or the Zwin and its Butterfly-garden in Knokke-Heist. With children, you can visit the Seafront Center or the Beachlabyrinth in Zeebrugge or the Boudewijn Park (Dolfinarium) just outside Bruges. Even if the wars do not take your interest, it is worth while to go to the southern part of our province (Westhoek). The tranquillity and beauty of this region will strike you.
